Somewhere in Peckham, a door opens into 1930s New York. 58th Street is an immersive dining and theatre experience from The Lost Estate, the award-winning team behind some of London's most talked-about immersive productions. Inspired by the true story of Belle Livingstone, Manhattan's infamous "Queen of the Speakeasies", this show combines live Harlem jazz, theatrical storytelling, burlesque and a lavish six-course feast into one spectacular evening. It is currently booking through to late June 2026.
What Is 58th Street About?
Step through the doors of Belle Livingstone's 58th Street Country Club and you are transported to Prohibition-era Manhattan. Your host for the evening is Ms Belle Livingstone herself, a real-life showgirl turned socialite who built New York's most legendary speakeasy in the early 1930s. Across the evening, she guides you through Jazz Age tales and legends, punctuated by three sets of live jazz from house band The 58th Street Stompers led by trumpeter Rory Simmons. The evening also features burlesque performances, immersive storytelling and a six-course Park Avenue tasting menu that draws on the opulent dining traditions of Golden Age New York.

Cabaret Dining offers reserved seating at private club tables at the heart of the action, plus the full menu. Bar Seating tickets offer the immersive jazz and performance experience without the meal, with food available to purchase separately.

58th Street Age Restriction and Suitability
58th Street is an 18+ venue. The experience contains burlesque performance, strong language, flashing lights, strobe lighting, theatrical fog and haze effects, sudden loud noises, low lighting and temporary blackouts. Song lyrics referencing racial violence are also part of the performance.
58th Street Dress Code
Guests are encouraged to dress to the theme: 1930s luxe, glamorous and elegant. Think black, white and metallics. The majority of guests dress up for the occasion, and it adds to the atmosphere. Smart evening wear works perfectly if you do not have period-specific outfits.
58th Street Dining and Dietary Requirements
All dining tickets include a six-course Park Avenue tasting menu inspired by 1930s New York. Vegetarian, vegan and other dietary requirements are catered for. You will receive a form to complete 48 hours before your visit to advise of any allergies or dietary needs. Cocktails and drinks from the Soda Fountain Bar are not included in the ticket price.

Belle Livingstone's 58th Street Country Club is located at 133 Rye Lane, London SE15 3SN. Enter via Rye Lane and Bussey Alley. The nearest station is Peckham Rye (10 minutes by train from London Bridge), which is a three-minute walk from the venue. Bus routes 12, 37, 63, 78, 197, 343 and 363 stop nearby. The venue is fully cashless.
